I just wanna be happy and calm with this, can u pls make all the features free? no subscriptions needed. I deleted this app coz of this. I'm not angry or something, I just need this to be a feature

I have cancelled the renewal before the free trial ends but they still took my money! and worst of all, Apple let them took it! Apple won’t let me download any apps that is not even related to this freakin’ app, not until I settled the payment for renewal that I clearly cancelled before the end of free trial!! Another worst thing is that it clearly shows that this crook of an app expires on Sept 25 and that I am not a freakin’ subscriber! But still, they mess with my Apple account! I will never download this again and will surely tell my friends to steer clear of this scammer app.

A free trial of the Premium subscription means that once the trial period expires, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless the user unsubscribed before. Therefore, to activate a trial, a user has to agree to these conditions. You can always cancel it through your device Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID - Subscriptions - Manage. Otherwise please contact Apple support directly. I deleted and unsubscribe my color app and the PREMIUM but yet i have to pay for something i dont have! Others reading this, dont get premium, RIP-OFF!!!!!😠😡😤🤬😡😤 I hate this fix it my moms gonna kill me! Fix it! Ill never get apps from this brand ever again! Fix it! NEVER! I don't care if I should have canceled my premium subscription before, FIX IT!! I wish i could give you zero stars! ZERO!! And if you dont, i will just ignore the emails and just wont pay!!🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬😡🤬

The free trial or subscription isn’t cancelled automatically after you delete the app so please make sure you cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.
