Not working after a few times of use
I now understand the other comments here. I have read good reviews on the online selling platform that I use. That is the reason why I bought this external hard drive. However, after a few transfers from my IPhone XS, it doesn’t work/read anymore. It would say that there’s 0.0 space available. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I tried restarting my phone. I don’t know how else to make this work. Please let me know how this can work again.
Performance
I was amazed by this item because I didn't expect that this would work on iPhones since iPhones are sensitive when it comes to their devices. In contrast to Androids, it must be the same device before you can transfer files. I really appreciate its performance, especially since I have small storage. best choice for iPhone users with limited storage
Don’t last
I purchased this product thru Shopee and it said I have to download first the app to be able to use it... well yeah at first it’s working.... week pasts and given that I seldom use the otg likewise this app but suddenly this app is not working anymore! The worse thing is that deletes every contents of each of my files that I saved from my pc. I even tried it many times hoping its just malfunction in shortest period of time but no! As of now, it’s still not working!!! Such a waste of money buying this otg
