Unable to open
I have been playing this game for years and have retained this on my ipad because I can play offline. However, since last week, I am unable to open the game.
Please help me with this issue. I have already reached a high level and have already purchased 18 restaurants. It’s a shame if I will just lose everything.
I have also been trying to submit this review bit all nicknames I have used appear to be “taken.” Maybe, the developer is making it difficult for me to leave a review since i gave just a 1 star rating!!! Really frustrating!!! 😩😡😥
Failed to continue the game
I’ve noticed that everytime i had finished the goals for the day, i got to get free golds & free spin, however, everytime i spin, i rarely end up with free golds, is that a set up? For a thousand times that i had made my spin, you can count how too little my chances of getting gold, so there are times since i felt i wont be getting the gold, i ignore finishing the goals for the day, plus, why can’t we use our accumulated coins to buy gold? Yes, there are offers to buy gold in real purchase mode, i’ve been this game for so long, yet so hard to accumulate gold for upgrades, so tend to be playing & scoring just what you did the previous time you had played, so much i wanted to, i felt i’m getting board since i cannot improve my scores since i need to upgrade my equipments, but due to lack of gold, you simply tried repeating the same level over & over again, if chances of improvement is too little, we might end up deleting the game and find a more exciting one, so dont be too stiff on us, we had download the game to help us relax but not to get too tired playing the same levels with no achievement at all, i hope you can find a way to rewards with more gold to make the game mo challenging, thank you
Crashed
Update Jan 5, 2018: they emailed me back saying that they can’t restore my game level since I have no back up. In lieu, they are going to give me 100 gold and 30k coins. IF THE GAME CRASHED WHEN I WAS ON THE SECOND EPISODE, I WOULD HAVE GLADLY ACCEPTED IT. but I am in halal restaurant only having to sacrifice this and two episodes before that to gaining silver crowns. I hope they realize that getting gold crowns cost money, time and effort, that’s why in the latter part, I have been content in getting silvers. And this was their “Thank You” to me as a customer. A program that crashed and 100 gold and 30k coins. Wow. It’s not my fault if your game crashed in the first place, is it?
Dec25, 2018: I am already at the Halal Stage. I was ready to get my daily reward, then suddenly it crashed. I went back to the first stage with no warning. That means ALL the money I've spent on upgrading and winning all the levels are LOST. This is such a travesty...most especially on Christmas Day.
