Worked once for live classes but never worked after after paid annual creative pass
I tried to delete, and reinstall it a few times. Tried to download lessons. Tried it with and without vpn. Nothing worked. The videos won’t play. Just showed a black screen. Customer service responds back. But none helps. In the meantime, I just threw $150 down the drain. I was hoping to watch a few lessons to help me restart my career, but this only wasted a lot of my time waiting for it to load with no success.
