Billing deductions

I once buy an battle pass and I choose the standard but I deducted 999 and it was unsuccessful.. coz my payment was not have enough amount.. so I was so confused why deducted me 999 if the standard battle pass is just 499?… then the next day I buy again and the standard battle pass.. so it was successful but on my payment on my apple account was two deducted 499 and 999 that I only received standard battle pass.. and every Time I Top up on my payment link I always receive the deduction of 999 that I don’t know what I paying for.. and now I still receive the message notification on my payment method that I have not successfully paid 999? What is this ? Why ? Happened? Can you solve this issue developer?

Devs I’m confused Pls help me

Dear developers,
I ‘changed admiral’ using the same device and now I can’t open my main account even though I link my email with it. Every time I’m gonna sign in using my email that I linked my main account with, the level of HQ and Admiral is in lvl1 and everything is frozen, you can’t scroll or touch anything. This game is really promising, I’m looking forward on hearing good news from you guys.
