Can’t download....
Hi there dear Cute Cut! So, about 2 months ago, I bought Cute Cut Pro. It was very helpful and it never crashed on my phone. But, due to my lack of memory, I had to delete the app and get it back sooner or later. And that was now, I tried downloading it, but it kept saying “Waiting” no matter how long I wait. I was surprised, but then thought it was just a little bug, since my phone’s battery was low. The next day, I tried to download it again, but it won’t download anymore. It just keeps saying “Waiting”, I waited a couple of minutes, then at last!! It started loading, but it just showed a blank one.
Can you please help? Or give me some advice on what to do 😭 I need to make a project for my school, and I really need to use Cute Cut Pro. But, overall, it’s a very interesting and a very helpful app!! Thank you ❤️ - cara mel
Ummm can there be a transparent background?
Hello developer! So umm can there be a transparent background feature? Because for some reason when I add like almost 10 layers when I add the 11th layer, all of the layers become like pixelated and blurry. But if I delete the 11th layer, everything goes back to normal. I’m trying to add maybe 20 layers but adding the 11th layer makes it blurry but I don’t want it to be blurry because I will be posting the video on yt. I thought that if I just make seperate videos then add the other parts, it will be fine. But when I was gonna export, there was no transparent background feature but I already prepared a background that is actually timing with the music. Please add a transparent background feature so I will be able to post it on yt. Btw I’m using my moms account in writing this.

Log In Feature & Add More Layers For Videos
This app is just amazing, but it would be better if we were allowed to add more than 2 video layers. And please, please, PLEASE add a log in feature!! So that if we accidentally delete CCP, we would just have to log back in and our works will still be there! Please do this! Thank you!!💓
Edit: Can you also please add a Chroma feature?? For green screen purposes, thank you, that would be so helpful💕
