DailyBean is a simple diary app for those who want to record their daily lives easily. Record your day with just a few tabs!
DailyBean provides these functions.
○ Monthly calendar that gives you a glimpse of your mood flow
Take a look at how you feel during a month with five mood beans. If you click on the bean, you can check the record you left that day right away.
○ Tap the mood beans and activity icons for a simple record
Let's choose your mood for the day and summarize the day with colorful icons. You can add a picture and a line of notes.
○ Category blocks that allow you to select only the categories you want
Blocks can be added or deleted whenever you want, and categories will be updated continuously.
○ Statistics that analyze mood and activity on a weekly/monthly basis
Look at your mood flow through statistics and see what activities affect your mood. You can also check the number of icon records on a weekly and monthly basis.

Very intuitive and functional
I absolutely adore this app - the interface is very cute and easy to use, and there’s so much information you can pack in a day. I love that it comes with preset blocks, but you also have the freedom to add your own. The blocks help me keep track of what happened during the day, and also help highlight the parts of the day I loved the most.
I use this on another device, though, and would love to have a landscape option for iPads/tablets. It would be much easier to type about my day’s events if this had a landscape interface as well.

Ive been using this for 3 days and it saves me the time to go to my laptop and write my diary. Very simple and very minimal - which suits my style. I love this so much! But I think it would be a better app if there was a “song of the day” just like the Photo of the Day :)))))
Edit: now I have been using this for over 3/4 months and the new updates have made my experience even better. It is really for those minimalist-but-organized-and-concise kind of people. This has helped me tremendously get my life together. I hope it stays free.
Love it….but I have a few suggestions
I’ve been using the app for around four months and for a while in the last year. I love the cuteness of it all! It’s why I got the annual premium pass. I can see myself using this app for a very long time, perhaps until I grow old…? But there’s one issue 😕 if I wanted to use the app for a long time, I would have the issue of backing up data as it can take up so much space.
I am asking that DailyBean establishes its own cloud so that the data backs up on its own; this way, users won’t have to worry about the app’s storage.
Moreover, I can’t help but notice that there seems to be a short lag when I switch from viewing the Timeline and Calendar and when I look through the different months.
I hope my issues get addressed. All in all, thank you for the work you put into this wonderful app. 😊
