The riders were a plus for this app; they helped you out. In fact, they apologized for the incorrect location, and being an introvert, I'm okay with that. You just need to have some patience, so know that sometimes if you order anything matagal it's not necessarily due of the riders but rather because matagal lang na pila You guys deserve my appreciation for being so courteous. Additionally, I'd like to say that I'm really delighted that they showed me how to save money when I order. Regards for the good service.

Not a great experience 😕
This is not my first time experiencing this kind of situation with this app. I ordered food and the app said "Preparing food". However, 2 hours had passed and still no new update from the app. Na stuck lang sa "preparing food" LOL. Gutom na gutom na yung buyer, still nasa preparing food pa rin. And, wala pa ring rider that time. Walang nag aaccept :) I'd cancel nalang sana the order BUT WALANG MESSAGE BUTTON for the merchandise/store sana to inform them na I'll cancel the order nalang since ang tagal na nga. Wala ring cancel button. Not a great experience talaga. I'd wish meron sanang button na cancel - if ever na matagal na time na lumipas and walang update sa order. Thank you 🙂
