Hi there, that's a pretty odd problem, can you check in your in-game settings, under sound, that the volumes are set above 0? Can you not hear both sound effects and music?

Please improve the aquarium capacity and also the costume of the island but over it’s the best time killer <3

Hi thanks for your feedback! Have you unlocked all the aquarium slots? You can get up to 15 slots, and each slot can fit a tank set, which varies from 1 huge one to 6 small tanks, depending on how you like to customize it! Do you find that this is not enough? As for the island, there are not many slots but you can potentially expand it for Alex and Eleanor by buying their respective pets.
