Description

You can’t get rid of your mummy tummy?
You suffer from bloating?
You regularly experience back-pain?
You want to reduce the gap in your abdominals?

Chances are big you have a diastasis recti. Get everything you need to know plus a tested and proven exercise routine with Diastasis Recti Fix.

## WHAT IS A DIASTASIS RECTI?
A very overlooked and common condition that millions of women and men suffer from – especially women after pregnancy. The connection between the left and right abdominal muscles is weakened and causes the belly to bulge out, causing numerous negative side effects.

## A NON INVASIVE SOLUTION
By creating an awareness and a strong core you build an active brace that takes the stress off your damaged connective tissue to live your life at its fullest again, without the negative consequences of a diastasis recti and without risking further injuries

## NARROW THE SPLIT
Many members have decreased their abdominal split by two fingers within only one month.

## GET RID OF YOUR MUMMY TUMMY
By tightening up and strengthening all four abdominal layers your abdominals will act like a natural belt holding your midsection tight, creating a flat and shaped belly.

## NO MORE BLOATING BELLY
You are constantly struggling with a bloated stomach? And it’s even worse after eating or in the evening? The damaged connective tissue provides a breach for your stomach to bloat. By activating especially your deep abdominal muscle-layers you provide a counter-pressure, that takes the stress off the weakened line alba, preventing bloating as a consequence.

## ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
You don’t know what a diastasis recti is? How to test if you have one and how severe it is? Diastasis Recti Fix provides a video library with all the info you need, including why it is so important to fix it.

## TESTED AND PROVEN APPROACH
A proven exercise protocol, developed by professionals and successfully tested by many members over a long time.

## MORE THAN JUST ESTHETICS: FIX YOUR SPINAL CURVE AND BACK-PAIN
Consequences of a diastasis recti include a hyper extension of the lumbar spine, resulting in excessive stress on one side of the intervertebral disc. Sometimes even causing a disc herniation or pinching of a nerve. By restoring your original muscle tone of the core you create stability in the lumbar section, which – as a consequence – generates a neutral hip and natural spine curvature.

Planks

A great app but it would be better if they can add bird dog to plank progressions. Side plank progressions too.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your feedback and the great review!

We understand your concern and we agree that after rehab from Diastasis (reaching the final levels of our app) you should get back to planking among others. We don’t see it as a necessary step to regain core control, but we do find planks important in a full body workout routine after recovery.

So more than a tool we see it as a goal. In the prone plank position, a small amount of fat or excess skin can make it harder for a person to self evaluate the correctness of the exercise, without a physical person controlling. And as a wrongly executed plank can hurt the lumbar spine if core tension is insufficient we opted to not include them as part of the core healing process.

Better safe than sorry. We hope we don’t disappoint you with this answer.
