This app needs polishing not pn the aesthetics but on its functionality, ui/ux. Please hire or invest on a good Engineering Team to maintain your app especially if you are going to promote it’s usage!

Very inconvenient, registered twice since the app logs me out and not letting me complete the LOOOOOONG registration which I already answered since turnover. Image uploads have limits which gives you a vague error. Only found it out when I selected “take a photo” instead of “select from library”. When I try to login after the app logs me out (probably because of timeout?), I can no longer login back to complete my registration.

Please, if you want to promote the usage of this app particularly for letting residents use this for PMO related requests, FIX AND IMPROVE THE UI / UX OF YOUR APP!

The DMCI app intended for residents and tenants falls short in terms of user-friendliness, as it necessitates redundant data entry despite already possessing the required information. Furthermore, certain data requested violates the Philippines' Data Privacy Act, raising concerns about privacy infringement. For instance, soliciting details such as a car's CR (Certificate of Registration) appears excessive and irrelevant within the context of a condominium management platform. These practices not only encroach upon individuals' privacy but also blur the line between a residential management tool and a surveillance-oriented institution akin to the CIA. Additionally, doubts linger regarding the security measures in place to safeguard the sensitive information entrusted to the app's handlers.

I read a lot of 1 star reviews and thought they are right as I experienced the same, INITIALLY. So, just to educate new users:
1. Create an account via the app. Make sure to input correct details: complete name, bldg. and unit number, owner and tenant, etc.
2. Wait for PMO’s email for password access. You have to wait. It takes 1-5 business days so make sure you download the app earlier than when you need to use it for permits and passes. This step is important because we just don’t want anyone to use the app, right? PMO has to validate your records in the condo. If the unit is named after another person, of course your application will not be approved.
3. Use your registered email and password (from PMO) to login.
This is actually a great app. Kudos to the whole project owners, developers, and DMCI.
