Error Switching Devices

Hello Dragon Nest Team.

I'm having issue switching devices.
I only have one account which is currently connected through Facebook and the Infinite account, I'm using Iphone 14 pro Max, thats the first device that I used when I log in, but when I'm trying to put my account to my Galaxy Tab S8, when I logged in using my connected/bind accounts, its shows like no character is connected, its like starting a new one.

Troubleshooting that I did:
Clear Cache and Cookies=Done
Uninstall and Install Again=Done

Please Help, Willing to send more information.

No longer the fun and hyping Dragon Nest

Dragon Nest used to be fun, but this version is not even on par with the World of Dragon Nest (Mobile Version of DN) when it comes to activities and PVP mechanics, I know that WODN is a pay to win game but this game over way too clanky when it comes to combat and having unnecessary updates as well. Not gonna lie, this is a free to play friendly game and it’s still kinda fun, but the activities inside it is being too repetitive, also, having 4 classes makes it more boring. I wish for more updates to come, please don’t make us disappointed I know it’s hard for you guys to keep this game alive, but we DN players will still find a way to support you guys no matter what happens.

I'm Having Issues

I only have one account i use to login using my Apple. But when i login it keeps telling me "SERVER NETWORK EXCEPTION, TRY AGAIN LATER" its been like this for 4days already. And i also tried using my facebook to login since its connected in my character in the game but when it opens i need to create new chatacter. I even tried my google account since it has the same email add with my apple still the same create a new character. I even sent a message in your Facebook account about this but no reply. Please do something about this. I'll my ratings when this is is fixed.
