Charging membership fee without informing
This is very bad bank .. upon applying they tell it is free of charge but after completing application they charge automatic 399 aed for membership.. it’s been a long time using different credit cards but this bank is the worst I’ve ever had!!!!😡😡😡😡
Very very difficult to contact customer service
If you want to talk to a customer support at evening only answering machine will talk to you, its useless. I have made a dispute due to card transaction outside UAE no customer will help you with... Dont apply for this type of card
App that needs major update
Unlike before, the app just requires your password to login.
Now, the app always ask to verify your identity. The liveness confirmation is getting annoying. This is apart from taking out your card and EID every time you login.
The app doesn’t recognize my device. I’ve been using this device for more than a year now.
