User-friendly app!!!
Very user-friendly
Assesment after 2 months of use.
The mesh has some nice features like statistics reporting.
My greatest complaint is that the extenders keep being failing to re-synchronize after a power outage, even 2 days after the outage they remain disconnected. I have to manually cycle them to resynch.
The server unit and extenders need to remember the network and work to re-synchronize.
Inexistent Product Support
The PH tech support hotline is not working, no one is answering, no one is answering on email too. The M15 mesh network will randomly disconnect devices and not accept the correct password. It’s like once you buy it, it’s yours and all the issues - you just have to deal with it yourself.
