Do not borrow from this app I warn you.
I loaned for a 500 pesos and there was a banner that popped up saying you have 200 pesos off thinking it would waiver the fees so I clicked it but it immediately disbursed 9k to my account. I immediately reached out to their cs and told them and I gave them the money that was disbursed into my account without my approval it was super wrong to click any banner that will pop up on their app. They said the fees will be waived on the day of due date but it didn't, a day has passed and I was constantly reached out and even on my private accounts on social media which is super wrong since they are breaching privacy. I have already sent my complaint to npc. I have been a good payer with this app but regardless they will harass you if you dont pay. So i suggest use billease or tala they are the best. I suggest if you get harrassed by them go to a lawyer and have them represent you this company will not go through lengths since they will have to pay for court fees and the process will definitely take longer so if they harrass you or contact you through social media use it as an evidence and go to a public lawyer they will help you. I went earlier to have my complaint notarized and they told me what to do so I suggest if they do something like this again go to a lawyer, ignore those calls and text.
