Eldercare+ เป็น Application เพื่อ Connect ผู้ป่วยกับแพทย์ โดยจะส่งข้อมูลที่จำเป็นจาก Healthkit และผู้ป่วยสามารถกรอกข้อมูลโภชนาการ เพื่อให้แพทย์ได้ดูข้อมูลรายวัน และหากมีความผิดปกติ จะมีการแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ป่วยรีบมาพบแพทย์ได้อย่างทันท่วงที

- อ่านข้อมูลที่จำเป็นทางการแพทย์จาก Healthkit หรือกรอกข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมรายวันเพื่อให้แพทย์ได้เช็ครายละเอียดรายวัน
