Guyz your game is so much addicting, however...i noticed that you are NOT answering any players questions, WHY??? are not interested talking to them? Sorry guys but you need to answer them ...the game needs you...players need you...and you need your players too :)

Good game, too heavy for older devices

I really enjoy the game and the storyline. I also enjoy the interaction within the game community. Since last year, I’ve experienced more and more app crashes. It’s already come to the point where I can barely stay 5 minutes on the game before it crashes on me. It’s much worse when there are in game events. This is extremely frustrating because during battles, a crash automatically logs your battle as 0 damage or as a loss. As someone who buys diamonds for extra raid flags, it quickly becomes a cash sink. Support hasn’t been able to help much and I’m not gonna buy a new device for a game. So yeah, gonna keep playing until it becomes completely unusable, which I suspect will be within the year.

Disappointed and Frustrated

Though I am enjoying playing your games and even spent a lot of money to have higher stars heroes, I am so disappointed and frustrated since the 2 months of me buying gems and summon coins. Cause what you were showing about 5 start Legend Heroes are FAKE FAKE FAKE! Cause every time I will buy summon coins or gems and spent it to have those 5 stars legend I was always given 3 Stars heroes that are so common that I just used to level up my 4 stars heroes. I am wasting money to have a 5 STAR HEROES as per your promo and not 3 STARS heroes!
