Equa Delta is part of Equa World, which is a property management and tenant management solution for residential buildings. As a property manager, you will use the Equa Delta app, while residents will use the Equa Phi app or your own branded app based on Equa Phi. Check our website for details.

AUTOMATED RENT COLLECTION
* Allow household members to split rent, and to change their share of the rent whenever they like.
* Allow paying residents to change their source bank account without having to notify you.
* Allow paying residents to switch to Equa Phi payments even if they have set up other payment methods.
* Change the bank account you are using for collecting rent whenever you like, without having to notify your residents.
* Automated rent collection is enabled in these countries using SEPA Direct Debit payments: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

DOCUMENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
* Send documents and announcements to your residents. Announcements have an expiration date, whereas documents do not.
* Send multi-language messages in order to not overwhelm residents with multiple postings of the same content in several languages. Send in your country's official languages and in English, in at least one language and preferably in all of them.
* Dictate or type your text inside the app, or simply indicate the URL of an external content such as a Google Drive file.
* Send to a single household, a single building, a group of buildings, or all your managed buildings.

WORK ORDERS
* Receive work orders from your residents.
* Record your progress in handling work orders. Set the work order status and append a text note.
* If you need more information about a work order, simply copy the sender’s email address and start an email conversation.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES
* Activate the time slot booking function for your residents by indicating the presence of common laundry facilities in your buildings.
* For each facility, choose a booking calendar from predefined models.

OTHER FEATURES
* Languages currently supported: English, French, German. English is the default, meaning that if the user’s language is not supported, then he/she will see the app in English.
* Dark mode support.

* The Equa Delta subscription is available for 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000 and 8000 habitation units, priced at about US$ 0.08 per habitation unit per month. Subscriptions can be purchased inside the Equa Delta app in your chosen currency. Available worldwide. 14-day free trial.
* Rent collection fee in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: Equa World's fee is 0.1%. Additionally, Stripe's fee is €0.35 per transaction.
* Rent collection fee in Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain: Equa World's fee is 0.1%. Additionally, Stripe's fee per transaction is 0.8% + €0.25 capped at €5.00.
