FIX THE INCONVENIENCY!
i can still use the app but one day it stops downloading song... i thought the specific song im downloading was just really defected or it has a problem but i just notice that whenever i try downloading songs, it has a same problem saying "track isnt available" so i tried deleting the app and install it once again and finally it worked BUTTT... all the downloaded musics was gone and i have to download them one be one and i have over 1000 musics, but you really have to press the download button in each songs because this app doesnt even have the choice: "select all" plus once you download it, u have to wait for an hour because even when u download it, sometimes it's still getting unavailable so u have to repeat the process again....
Suddenly stopped working???
Ok so i have had esound for a good 8 months of pure enjoyment using the app. It was great, no complaints about it BUT just today, the app wasnt working, i think it was since the lates update but im not sure. Ive tried redownloading and downloading, offloading then reinstalling, restarted for like a million times but still doesnt work, it just keeps opening and closes immediately. My phone is an iphone 6 so maybe its because of outdated software?? but to be fair, it was working for the past 8 months so i dont know why it would suddenly stop and also my phone is up to date. I hate to be those kinds of people but PLEASE FIX THIS, this app is like the only free song app that actually works for me.
CAN’T DOWNLOAD
The only thing I complained about this app is that I can’t download any songs in my iphone 11 so I can listen to it offline and it will require you to be connected to wifi/data for you to play/listen to the song. There’s no option for me to download any song. On the other hand it works on my iphone 6 and there’s an option where I can download the song so I can play/listen to it offline. I checked the app SETTINGS on both phone (my iphone 6 and 11) then go to LIBRARY and I noticed that there’s an option/slider which is DOWNLOAD SONGS DIRECTLY that you can toggle to enable/disable on my iphone 6 but it isn’t available on my iphone 11. I think this has something to do with the current ios version on both phones . Hopefully you can fix this issue immediately so I can download songs in my iphone 11.
