Alarm System not working

Hello, I recently notice that my alarm system is not working. I set my alarm as “away mode” and when I get home the camera does and home base 2 are not alarming when I pass by the 2C cams. Please fix.

Security and privacy don’t exist in eufy

This app does not deserve the “security” in its name and the privacy they tout in the box when you buy them is an app over exaggeration at best.

Now they just messed up real bad when someone else’s cameras turned up in my account in the eufy app. My camera must be showing up in someone else’s account too. This is a massive blunder and the eufy company should pay heavily for this.

It should’ve been obvious after eufy refuses to let you add cameras directly to HomeKit. Instead you have to sign up for an account with them, link your camera to said account, and only then can you add a camera to Homekit. As if that’s not bad enough, try to block your eufy camera from phoning home and it becomes a brick. Disgusting.

I’m dumping all of my eufy cameras and I strongly suggest you do too if you respect your own privacy. Because eufy and Anker certainly don’t. They just want to churn out the cheapest possible items to lure you and me in while giving out a false sense of security.

The issue was due to a bug in one of our servers. This was quickly resolved by our engineering team and our customer service team will continue to assist those affected.

Updates are making the app worse not better

Twice now, after updating the app, live video footage is suddenly worse i.e. constantly stutters and freezes. Last time, a reinstall fixed it but this time, it hasn't. Once this gets fixed, almost tempted to just stop updating because instead of improving the experience it just makes it worse.
