The app is hard to navigate, confusing interface, and misleading prices. The app is so bad that I had to schedule the service OUTSIDE the app since they are offering a heavily promoting a specific service that is not seen in the app. Even thought I scheduled the service, no one came. No one was answering my calls and not one staff member ever informed me if they are even going to reschedule for that day. I wasted a whole day having to call and wait it out. Don’t get your services from here.
housekeeping hell

engaged them for the 3 hour housekeeping service. the staff took her own sweet time cleaning. only managed to clean 2 bathrooms for 3 hours. the worse part is she dropped some items on the bathrooms floor and chipped our tiles! i reported it and nobody even responded to my feedback. terrible service! DONT BOOK!
