Connection Problem, App Crashes, Upgrades
Hi! I've been playing this app for quite a while now but starting yesterday, I've been experiencing some internet connection problem. I have a good internet connection but could not open the app since it always says "You are not connected to an internet connection...". It's so frustrating since there tasks that I need to complete. Also, lately, the app crashes especially when watching videos to get free energy. It crashes right after you watched a video and you won't get the reward. It's such a waste.
If you could also lessen the required materials and time making the materials for upgrade or if you could increase the energy then it would be amazing!!! 😊
I hope you could do something about this because I truly love this game like this is the only game that I actually spent real money on.

Purchase - insufficient funds - cannot cancel transaction
The game is awesome and I have been playing this for quite a while now. Last April, I tried to purchase something in the app but due insufficient funds I wasn’t able to complete it. Now, when I am always trying to purchase something, it always say insufficient funds but my account has already funds. When I look into it, I need to pay first the first failed transaction that I had before I can make a new one. How can I cancel the transaction? Please help me with this ‘cause it’s blocking my future purchases.

Rewards not given
Recently, I was invited to play another Melsoft game namely My Cafe for 100 rubies. All I need to do is install the game thru the link, reach level 7, and join a township. I did all of that and I received a confirmation from My Cafe mail that I qualified for the rewards. However, it did not reflect in my Family Island account and no mail arrived. I contacted support thru the link (2x) and FB (2x) but up to now they don’t seem to bother replying anymore. The last email they sent just told me to wait. I have been waiting for almost 3 days now for those rewards. I feel sad because I wasted my time playing that My Cafe instead of using it in Family Island. Moreover, I am somehow relieved that I did not pay anything to buy in app purchases in this game because it seems to me that their tech support is not good and doesn’t help at all. So, potential players and players who plan to buy something in the game, beware!
