Disappointing
Such a disappointing app with an even more disappointing owners. I was forced to try the app since going out for me during this covid infection is not an option. I tried this app in good faith. However, the hotline told me that their delivery service is currently suspended. I asked for a refund for my orders and I only got a refund for 1. They even had the audacity to get mad at me for asking for an update for my refund. Saying that they will not put their name at stake for just a small amount. In my mind, it’s not the amount that is important. What’s important is the care they show their customers. The care that was completely lacking on their part.
Fast and Friendly Delivery
Came across this app with the other online delivery apps available. Tried each one and to my surprise, this one delivered the fastest! Got my groceries and meat fresh and on-time. Easy payments and affordable pricing.
Just a suggestion, hope to see other items in the future. a good addition here would be hardware and appliances.
