Internet is good until it’s not. Internet is fast and reliable until there were some physical issues with their cables. Services are good. Bit make sure you pay 3 days before the 1st of the month or your internet connection is disconnected.

So far, there’s no trouble using this app except for automatically logging out. Everytime I need to check the bill I always had to relogin again and again. To those users who’s seeking assurance to this app, it’s better to use online banking or gkash as online payment method, don’t pay directly to this app.

I am processing my payment on the app and keeps getting error message. I’ve tried reaching out fiberblaze on their facebook page and upon messaging, an automated AI CHAT BOT respond right away stating they have “app maintenance” currently going on right now, I would understand if there’s an app maintenance, what I don’t understand is the customer service itself, we all know that you can setup responses via AI CHATBOT and now, I am not so sure if it’s true that there’s an ongoing maintenance or it none since a sec upon sending messageC CHATBOT AI respond right away without further checking or whatnot. FIX THE APP NOW!!

App won’t let me sign in thru facebook and won’t let me reset my password either. Haven’t even been able to get past the log in page. I’m trying to think of a better word to describe the app, but the only thing that comes to mind is: USELESS.
