Flip (formerly Flipgrid) is a free app from Microsoft where educators can create safe groups for students to engage in curriculum using short video, text, and audio messages. Educators can control who is invited to their Flip groups and what they can see, and 84 percent of educators who use Flip say their students are more engaged in the learning experience!

Microsoft Flip is not just your ordinary social learning platform, it's an effective educational technology platform that raises the banner for students to raise their own voices! I am using it to my Science 10 learners at Catmon Integrated School (Malabon City, Philippines) as part of our communicative and integrative skills development. This is a breakthrough app!

Flipgrid is an amazing resource that allows students and teachers to share their views, opinions, and knowledge with one another. I have used Flipgrid for Faculty to share ideas with one another, for them to connect with students, and to gain background on people's knowledge of a topic.
