My account got banned!! (Update: issue solved)
I tried purchasing some giftpacks but it charged me twice on top of that the 60 rubies included in the $.99 value giftpacks did not reflect on my account, now when i tried refund my account got banned. Tried to reach customer support but to no avail. I want my account back or at least give me back my in app purchases. I hope you can understand that the misunderstanding was due to lapses on your end. Please cooperate because i still want to play this game with my account that got banned.
Update: the issue is solved and i got my account back. Thanks.

Reporting Players Suggestion + Review
Review:
I thought I'll get bored because of the auto-battle function, but there's so many stuffs to do so that wasn't the case at all! I suggest having a male/female character option for every class though, plus I hope you'll add a delete function to the character slot. I want to remove the first (experimental) character I chose.
Suggestion:
I hope you can add a way where we can report players misconduct ON THE GAME. There's report buttons but it was mainly for the icon or the chat, nothing about what they do on the game. I happen to encounter a player literally camping on a boss. I don't know if it's just a bug or that was intentional. The player was just standing there, not attacking the boss, but when I approach the boss to attack, the player kills me. It has been going on for HOURS. I can't do anything because he keeps on killing my character.

Game is Good BUT...
so far im liking the game, and i totally understand that you have to top up to get exclusive items or at least support the developers behind it. However, what i dislike the most is that the trading house uses diamonds for purchasing and if you did sell items you would get ruby. The problem with this is that players (even those who top up including myself) find this too much for making money. In fact, there are fewer supply and demands because of this and not to mention they added tax. Another thing the game doesnt have a simple trading between players. I’d ignore this if only the trading house is not limited to diamonds and ruby.
overall, the game is great.. i hope theyll make some changes tho.
