Good but still needs improvement

Thank you for this app. There's a digital card if in case you left your card. You can browse the history of your benefit availments and amount. Hope we can see the type of benefit in the history like consultation, xray, etc. It would be great if you can see the running balance of your MBL. I tried using the request for LoA but there was no response even after 2 hrs.

Can I give it zero stars?

This is a clear example of a great idea that’s not properly implemented - half baked at best.

(1) tried over several days to register but nothing only to finally be told that my card has no record nor does my policy and I should register my certificate number - which surprise surprise only they have. Why give an option when clearly nobody’s doing a batch update of their records. So much for self empowerment.

(2) requested for a call back twice - one two days later the next one we’ll still waiting ....

(3) put in a request for reimbursement nothing no word eventually called the hotline only to be told the one and only lady in the entire organization is out

(4) requested for a LAO also fail

Dealt with Generali 4 times so far in 2 weeks and all 4 fail ... wish we were with another provider



The feature of the app is to only show you your virtual card but the record and running balance of your plan is not included. You have to call their hotline for computation. Support system and the rest inside is useless. 👎🏻
