Recapp and it’s staffs are amazing!!!!! They are doing a great job, all of us as well, to protect our environment. This is our 2nd time donating our recycables and Zeeshan Ali (and the first guy from AUH - i forgot his name tho✌🏻😁) are soooo kind and friendly. Please do not stop this wonderful job you’re doing. Review the rewards system.
I am an avid fan of this app and a regular recycler also, but I have some concerns about the reward system. Some of the rewards don't seem very useful, and it can be discouraging for recyclers. it would be great if you could consider adding more reward partners to provide a wider range of incentives for recyclers. Another idea is to introduce a monetary exchange option to encourage more members to recycle by giving them the flexibility to choose how they want to redeem their rewards. I suggest reviewing and improving the reward system to make it more worthwhile for users.
Also, I wanted to mention that some of my colleagues have stopped using the app because they are not satisfied with the rewards. This highlights the importance of addressing this issue promptly to retain and attract more users
Why with subscription and no slots available?
It is sad that after I have been a user of this app for almost 2 years which is great that helps and make you aware about the environment they add subscription fee now to make you the priority for collection. I have not been using any of my points as my main goal is to help the world starting with myself being mindful of the trash that can be recycle.
