A suggestion that I hope this helps our drivers:

A wonderful app indeed! Grab has everything I need and the drivers are amazing too!! But I hope you take this seriously for our dear drivers. I’m tired of hearing and crying over these news where the drivers are victimized of “fake” or “prank booking”, or wherein customers “canceled” their booking and drivers are crying because they already bought those things for their drivers. They worked late at night or even stayed late like 1:40 AM just to pick up a customer but got cancelled...

hoping to suggest for this app to not allow the “cancel” button anymore. Once booked, it’s booked. Customers should be extra careful right now when they are about to book or order something. Our drivers deserves respect too, not being treated to be “pranked” with. If this suggestion is too much/won’t help out with the app, please think of something that the hardworking drivers won’t experience this cruel pranks from fake customers.

Amazing Service

I switched to GRAB for my food and delivery services because i wanted to try an online service who can really deliver quality service.. When i finally tried the food delivery even the pabili with GRAB i was really amazed at how efficient the grab riders are, they are very professional and what i loved the most is the contactless option and they are really great in following instructions especially to busy people like me. However, These past few days of delivery, i am again experincing some annoying deliveries from riders who doesn’t follow instructions and the contactless option i was enjoying is not there anymore. Food riders are not as efficient as those i had encountered before. I am writing this review becausw I have always been a GRAB APP user even abroad with the Grab Car/Taxi services. I am always amazed by your efficiency, effectiveness and great services. I don’t want it to change, in fact i want it to level up even more. But if the new riders will not be monitored with the poor delivery services, then I will be really sad for GRAB. I hope this review will be considered.

I LOVE YOUR APP and the QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICES … Please maintain it and be vigilant to anyone or anything that would do harm in your system.

Driver Attitude = Safety

Recently, we have noticed that the attitude of the drivers are becoming increasingly hostile. Threatening even. We had an experience wherein a driver stopped in the middle of the street to berate another driver. We felt unsafe because what if the other driver had a weapon and since we are in the car, we might get involved if anything happened. Mind you, we are in the middle of a busy street/rush hour, we might also get hit by the cars following us too. Also, we have been pinning correctly and the driver would insist on us to cross the street by hitting the horn repeatedly even if we are at the correct pin and lane on the way to the destination. It would also happen that even if we would put in the note specific instructions to get to our pinned point because the map would direct the driver to an incorrect route, the driver would not read it, and would even berate us even after we told him that we would just walk to him instead and even if we were in the right and he did not read the notes. There was also a time where we had a lot of bags, and we are in our pinned point, the driver explicitly moved past us, further away from the pinned point, even though they have seen us carrying heavy stuff. We hope that you can help your drivers have a better attitude. Your service is declining. All these has happened this August of 2023 alone.
