Grab Car - Pet Owners

I love Grab, and I use it daily for Grab Food, Grab Mart, Grab Express, and Grab Car services. However, there's one aspect I believe could be improved: an option for Grab drivers to opt in to pick up customers who are pet owners and have their pets with them, such as dogs and cats. As a dog owner myself, and with more Filipinos acquiring pets, not everyone has private transportation, making services like Grab essential, especially for trips to places like the vet.

Currently, some Grab taxi drivers allow pets, especially if they're well-contained with a diaper, while others may be less accommodating, which is understandable. However, it can be frustrating when a booking is confirmed but then the driver won't accept the pet, leading to either the driver canceling or me having to cancel the booking. I understand that drivers can be penalized for canceling bookings, and I also risk being flagged if I cancel bookings too frequently.

To address this issue, I suggest adding an opt-in option for drivers who are willing to accept bookings with pets. This could include an indicator on the customer's end or a toggle button confirming that they'll be traveling with a pet. Guidelines can be set regarding the size of the pet, whether it's in a cage or diapered, etc. This way, bookings with pets would only be routed to drivers who are comfortable with them, reducing hassle and ensuring a smoother experience for both passengers and drivers.

A suggestion that I hope this helps our drivers:

A wonderful app indeed! Grab has everything I need and the drivers are amazing too!! But I hope you take this seriously for our dear drivers. I’m tired of hearing and crying over these news where the drivers are victimized of “fake” or “prank booking”, or wherein customers “canceled” their booking and drivers are crying because they already bought those things for their drivers. They worked late at night or even stayed late like 1:40 AM just to pick up a customer but got cancelled...

hoping to suggest for this app to not allow the “cancel” button anymore. Once booked, it’s booked. Customers should be extra careful right now when they are about to book or order something. Our drivers deserves respect too, not being treated to be “pranked” with. If this suggestion is too much/won’t help out with the app, please think of something that the hardworking drivers won’t experience this cruel pranks from fake customers.

Amazing Service

I switched to GRAB for my food and delivery services because i wanted to try an online service who can really deliver quality service.. When i finally tried the food delivery even the pabili with GRAB i was really amazed at how efficient the grab riders are, they are very professional and what i loved the most is the contactless option and they are really great in following instructions especially to busy people like me. However, These past few days of delivery, i am again experincing some annoying deliveries from riders who doesn’t follow instructions and the contactless option i was enjoying is not there anymore. Food riders are not as efficient as those i had encountered before. I am writing this review becausw I have always been a GRAB APP user even abroad with the Grab Car/Taxi services. I am always amazed by your efficiency, effectiveness and great services. I don’t want it to change, in fact i want it to level up even more. But if the new riders will not be monitored with the poor delivery services, then I will be really sad for GRAB. I hope this review will be considered.

I LOVE YOUR APP and the QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICES … Please maintain it and be vigilant to anyone or anything that would do harm in your system.
