Groover Delivery Services is a third-party delivery service provider which started serving the people of Olongapo City and Subic Bay Freeport Zone Area extending up to Subic Town, Castillejos, Botolan, Iba, Dinalupihan and Balanga areas.
Groover Delivery Services specializes in providing delivery solutions to almost all types of businesses, focusing on restaurants and additionally includes other traditional businesses like online sellers, flower shops, document transfers, laundry shops, and any other traditional businesses that want their products delivered.
SERVICES
Food Delivery Service - We provide delivery service solutions for restaurants and online sellers selling food products.
Multiple Merchant Delivery Service - The first delivery service provider and platform in the country to offer multiple merchants ordering, all in ONE transaction only.
Concierge Service - Not in our list of partner merchants? No problem, you may still have your delivery from any store in the City. Providing you with a ‘personal concierge’ to purchase medicines, groceries, and other local non-partner, food, and non-food merchants.
Cash on Delivery Service - This service aims to provide delivery service for products sold by online sellers such as cosmetics, clothes, gadgets, pre-loved clothes, etc.
Documents/Items Pick Up and Delivery Service - You may avail of our service to pick up a document or an item that needs to be delivered as soon as possible. Some of those who use this service are travel agencies, company documents, personal transfers, etc.

Very accessible
This app helps in every customers needs. From food to medicine, and even parcel deluvery. Very friendly riders and accommodating staffs. They improved their services since this pandemic started and extended their services all the way to other town which was very accessible.
Lack of Communication
An hour has gone by after placing my order without any calls. Then a call goes through ASKING ME WHERE THIS RESTAURANT IS. And let me put it out there that the system says that the order is being processed when the driver is not even there yet. No communication from the app, restaurant, and driver. Its been more than an hour now and the system refused me to cancel. Better just get the number of the restaurant you are gonna buy from and ask a delivery from them. This app is completely useless. Sayang oras.

Intuitive and Better User experience
It was a biggest update on gruber before but now (groover) they just rebrand and make the experience better. It was clean, consistent and modern look and feel, they also have a nice customer support and good in transactions as our experience.
