I like this game but..
The game is really entertaining but upgrades are way to expensive and sometimes a single upgrade is not enough to achieve a certain difficult level. In addition, when you have not successfully finished a level, the coin rewards are waaaay too low. Lastly, the stamina/life takes too long to be refilled (30 minutes EACH!) Not really a “HAPPY” clinic when you are bored at the moment. 😅
Ps: please add another location already to motivate us more in finishing the levels!
It’s good but…
I have finished the last location and I don’t mind playing endless games while waiting for the new location because that’s how I earn coins and gems. However, I noticed that ever since the tournament for Oslo, it’s like the level for endless game has been so difficult that you can’t win it unless you use the 3 super help (shoes, timer, case) which I am saving for tournaments. I think it has been a glitch or they have set it next to impossible endless game level since the tournament. But other levels are okay. Mind you, the level of my staff is already at 18 each and I have fully upgraded everything but it’s like no help at all. Please check the game so we can enjoy it again.
lack of coins that makes upgrades difficult
Recently I have been playing the same level for more than 15 times. I know I will be playing it for another 15, and its getting frustrating that I just want to delete the game entirely. Previously I receive the coins I collected in a level even if I fail, this means I only need to play the same level for atleast 3 times in order to upgrade my equpment and others to win the game. Now, I keep failing because I need to upgrade, but I cant upgrade because I only receive 15 to 20 coins coz I keep failing, and the cycle goes on.

Hi! Unfortunately, we cannot provide free gems and coins but there are various ways to earn them, hope it will help!
* Surpass level goals to collect Keys and unlock a special box;
* Collect Happiness to get a gift every time the Happiness bar is filled up;
* Catch mail man and courier, ambulance, helicopter, and other
* Research Center events, collect memories and complete Achievements;
* Complete patients' collections.
