So difficult and time consuming
There was an error in the printing process and my printer disconnected from the WIFI. The process itself to connect the printer back to the wifi was extremely time consuming!! and the app works incredibly slow - i tried fixing my laptop and wifi by resetting both numerous times and found that the app itself LOVES to work slowly. Please fix this as I really need to print some important papers.
ANYWAY TLDR: if the printer is connected to the wifi then it works smoothly but the process to get to that point is really difficult and very headache inducing.
Amazed
i am 45 years old and my first time to buy a decent printer (smart tank 615). i was amazed on how this makes mylife and my daughter's (5yo) life easier for her school requirements. i would normally go to a printer store to print files or copy and use my phone for scanning. sometimes i would miss her school assignments because i cannot scan her homeworks. just happy how it is easy to use and how fast it is and the software technology available for the printer. am i that detached from the world?

Excellent application and well written. It was easy to use and took you throught the steps necessary to setup your printer. Also, while it attempts to collect user data it gives you the option to remain private. Well made.
