Not Smart App
The HP mobile app has made significant improvements and is now a highly user-friendly platform. Connecting to the app is seamless, and I have experienced minimal issues with its functionality. It's clear that the team behind the app has invested in hiring knowledgeable and smart developers, resulting in a well-enhanced and impressive user experience. I genuinely appreciate the effort put into making this app more reliable and enjoyable to use.
Horrible Update
I used to always like how I can easily print photos with Hp Smart but as the update came, I was really confused with how to print. Before the update, you just select your printer’s wifi, go back to the app and then print. But as you can probably tell, the update made things so complicated! When I click on the printer’s wifi then go back to Hp Smart and click print photos, it says “no connection”. So I click on the wi-fi WITH internet and clicked on print photos and it said “not connected to your printer” or something like that. Please please please help me use the new updated version of this app so I will be able print document and photos again!
Alignment issue
I couldn’t allign the smart printer, my device is iphone 11. When you print through this app, a notice will pop up saying “alignment needed” but whenever i try to it wouldn’t let me, i have watched tutorials and read the instructions over and over again, yet no luck. Please fix this bug. It wont let me open “alignment and maintenance”
