I tried ordering on several occasions and I received my order faster than what was expected. But I noticed, the customer access is limited and sometimes it’s hard to reach. I wish it to be more accessible. Some shops also should indicate if the item is not available because one time I ordered, a shop gave out something that is different from what I ordered.

WORST!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Your service is horrible! I ordered and the driver called that he is on his way to deliver. After few minutes, he called again to inform that he cannot deliver because the area is 20minutes away. So, what do you expect? You want us to order online if your store is just in the neighborhood? What is more disappointing is a representative called that they cannot deliver the order and told me to cancel the order. I was like, “What?! Why would I cancel if the root of the problem is you!” I insisted to deliver the order because of hunger. The Representative agreed. Few minutes... the driver called again that they cancelled the order. I got frustrated. So, I wrote a complain to the customer service. After 30 minutes, I got a call from the customer service and informed me that they’ll cancel the order because the order. To my surprise, I gave the same reaction and statements that I’ve said to the first caller — the representative. I insisted to deliver because it’s already deducted to my card. She agreed. I’ve waited for the whole day and I got nothing, starving for the whole day!
IF YOU CAN’T MEET YOUR CUSTOMERS’ EXPECTATIONS, YOU BETTER SHUTDOWN! RUBBISH!

WORST FOOD DELIVERY APP

I went to tap to rate the latest food delivery i got, but I accidentally clicked a button to go back and when i tried to return to rate again, the button was nowhere to be found. I never ever want to comment on my food delivery until now because i received the oreo milkshake not inside a bag or something that would protect it from contamination as it is being delivered to me. It is COVID PANDEMIC TIMES and the food i ordered (from HERFY btw) is NOT FOLLOWING SAFE AND HEALTH ANTI COVID MEASURES and your app doesn't make it easy for us customers to give feedback. This is not “your food is bad” comment. This is health related issue!
