Game Crashes on Iphone

Hi, Frequently i update my hyper heroes ... after the update wverytime i play game crashes is it because of the iphone i use maybe it not supported this new version . Please update me on this. Thanks

Enjoyed it before but now dissapointed

I used to play this before and it was fun. I only stop playing that time because my phone broke. Now I’m using a better phone and tried to play again from the start in a new server. I installed the game smoothly and I started playing a few seconds later it crashes. So I thought maybe it just needed to restart the app so I open again played a few seconds and it crashes. Open again and it crashes again. How can we play if it frequently crashes it’s not like this before or is this game dying?

The game is generous towards free to play players like me. Besides the game having a auto mode, it is challenging if you try to play it manually. It took a while for me to find a game like this. I wish that the difficulties for getting characters would be easier even only during events.
