App Getting Better…Add More

Your app is getting better. Please see the following:
1. Please add option to add pin/verification when opening the app.
2. Please remove or at least make the “no internet connection” banner smaller.
3. Please add the ability to backup so we would not start over the process when changing mobile phones.

Thanks for the feedback. Responses:
1. Waiting for our product management to green light the functionality, it's been sitting in our backlog for a while.
2. Can make the banner smaller in v2.5.2 release
3. v2.5.1 changes the permissions so you should be able to backup OTP accounts to iCloud and restore. The multi-factor accounts we don't allow to be backed up for security reasons. I'll confirm with product management if this is still a security concern.
