Can’t see video recording
Hi. I only see the snapshot but when in terms of video recording why I can’t see the recordings? We already put the sd card but when I check the recording it always says empty. If you manually records the video you will find it in the storage but there is no continues recording for the whole day. Whyyy??

I received your feedback that the memory card is frequently read and has a limited service life. It is recommended to replace the memory card for a long time. the scroll up down are no longer working
Just the recent update, I could no longer navigate the down and up scroll of the camera using the app. Whenever I try to move it up and down using the app, I can hear continues ‘tik’ sound like something is stuck. It’s just frustrating that this cctv is not cheap but now I think it’s damaged even when they claimed it for outdoor use. I am not even using the navigate button frequently nor am I using the auto detect for it to move continuously. I do not even let be exposed under the sun or let it get wet.

Received your feedback, suggest switching networks or reconfiguring, or checking if the device works properly without card. If it does, replacing the card should solve the issue.
