I hope this could be reconsidered.
I love the game, it gives sense table top games more diversed choices and aside from the other games who have the same category. This game actually killed it off, hands down loving it.
I would like to suggest add a UI button for upgrading all the heroes. This would be a huge help for both user and the company too!
Good game but...
I like the gameplay and enjoyed it for a while but this game still has problems even after all those maintenance. Every time I tap my profile or other player’s profile the game crashes. When I tapped the settings while on a quest, the menu was stuck on the screen and I had to restart the game. When I started playing this there was a 7day login event but the duration of the event was only 6days so I wasn’t able to get the arcana!
Also, pvp is pretty much impossible for new players like me. It’s full of high leveled players with 1000 points which is the default/starting points. All of my 5 pvp matches are against players that are 5 or 6 lvls higher than me with fully unlocked arcana slots and a bunch of 5* heroes. I only won 2 of them because they were afk and disconnected/surrendered.
Solid Game, Ignore the complainers
Although the maintenance was extended time and time again, it was only for less than a day, we all got compensated for it. The gameplay itself is fun, with a mix of gacha and teamfight tactics, there are a few bugs, but its all minor ones, like when pressing the menu button it gets stuck, other than that, better optimization like lesser fx for lower end phones since i still use an iphone 6s, its very smooth but it drains the battery.
