Glitches like crazy and lost all save progress
The game glitches quite often and I lose a few hours of gameplay. I didn’t mind too much but now, though, it’s basically restarted.
Linking to an account is pretty useless as a save function. Wish it had a manual save feature with a local backup. Til then the game, sadly, is a waste of time (and money spent on in-game purchases)
Also, it’s so hard to get customer support as there’s practically only one avenue and it’s just a bot

The game requires a stable internet connection at all times. If at any time the connection is unstable or not available at all, the progress data will not be sent to the server and will not be saved there.
Linking to a Facebook account is useful if you frequently reinstall your game or change your device.
Regarding contacting tech support: after the message from the bot that the message is accepted and one of the agents will reply soon, just check your appeal a little later. An agent will write to you and you can solve the problem.

Multiplayer
I hope in the future you can add a multiplayer option, like where we can choose ok of each character to use and then we both do the same missions together hopefully

Thank you for your positive review! Lost Future is not currently a multiplayer game, but it offers an engaging single-player experience with exciting gameplay and captivating storylines. However, we plan to consider this possibility in the future.
