Asos is awesome! Their clothes are good quality. Ordered and shipped at the same day. I live in Saudi Arabia and it took less than a week for my orders to arive. I had to return some items because i got clothes that are too large, and aramex picked up the items on my doorstep the next day. I got refunded a few days after. Shopping and returning is very convenient!
Delete account then uninstalled
Trusting back asos seems fine in the first couple of orders but theyre living to their bad reputation:
1. Sending incorrect items low quality shipment process disgusting indeed
2. Bought a different color, same brand, line products same tag but the actual fit/sizing is terribly off
3. The live chat is not true live at all taking 15minutes to hour they will keep disconnecting you or support are idle or dodging work
4. Customers support at their live chat wont hear out they just wanted to send you all the templates reply they have in their pocket such lame
LOVE
My favorite clothing app. Runs smoothly, easy to navigate, and filters items really well, not to mention really great clothes & wide range of sizes. Definitely my go to!!!!
