OOTD Picture Taking and Battery life

My friend recommended HR to me I thought I wouldn’t like it but surprisingly I’m now hooked to this game. But my problems are it eats too much my battery life to the point where my old phone gets damaged. Everytime I’m going to open HR my phone kept on shutting down. As to my new phone, it still eats too much of my battery.
Plus I would like to recommend an OOTD picture taking on this one just like on the Beta version. In my old phone I downloaded this and the Beta version just for OOTD picture taking. Hope for the next upgrade would have OOTD pictures. Looking forward ‘coz I can’t download HR 2 now, why?

I’m so disappointed at the staffs

First of all, i emailed support and told them how frustrated I am because they banned my device for something I didn’t do. The least they could do is listen to my side because I am 100% sure that I did not violate any rules. But these staffs are horrible, they wouldn’t listen to you and they will tell you that they will no longer respond to you regarding the issue. What kind of staff is that? Anthony, the company hired you to talk to your customers regarding their problem. You’re not supposed to ignore them and leave them hanging. ALSO, i got banned because apparently they thought I “bought gold offline”. I gave them my receipt, my bank statement and all that just to prove them that I bought gold from the app. I gave them screenshots and everything but after all that, all I get is “We will no longer be responding to any further inquiries regarding this account’s status” also this proves that they didn’t read my complaint because I was complaining about my device being banned and not my account. They don’t care at all and they won’t help you no matter what. I demand a refund for all the gold that I purchased throughout the game. I didn’t waste my money and time just for y’all to accuse me like that. Y’all are such a disappointment.

Our trust and safety team may sometimes have to remove accounts from Highrise if they discover that severe guideline violations have occurred. Rest assured that our team only takes action against accounts when they have fully verified a guideline violation has occurred. However, we are all human, and mistakes (though rare) can sometimes happen. REALLY FUN!

Highrise is really fun. I love how it’s a game and a social media at the same time. I love the inbox feature and everything in it. I highly suggest that you make emojis for the game or let the generic emotes from keyboards have the original color because whenever we type it in chat, it changes color which makes it creepy. Please add more games beside the maze, like games that require crew effort to achieve. I recommend having items as prizes for some parts of the event to minimize having to spend money on gold because it’s unfair to some underaged players. Lastly, please add more events! That’s all.

Keep up the great work! I joined a few days ago and I was having so much fun so I invited my friends to the game.☺️
