Gameplay

I love the game to bits. I love it i love it i love it. But i would like to have the old version or rather the old UI and designs of the game with some features from the current version to that version because the atmosphere of the previous design of the game feels much more dynamic and immersive. I suggest having put a “Gore” option in the game that way it can be flexible when it comes to your player base. My next concern is the ping, i would like for you to update it as soon as possible because who would like a person playing as a survivor get wrecked because of unstable ping. All I wanted was a palette down. Finally, a way to change the camera. The camera right now feels really awkward especially when you play as a hunter or a survivor that require aiming like throwing Hell Ember’s puppets, the hook skill of Gamekeeper and the Thief’s flashlight. It would be great if you made the camera a little smoother like the ones you would see when playing battle royale games, an option to change camera sensitivity and/or an option to lock a specific axis that way, the player has an option for getting the right camera angle so they can just swipe right or left. Looking up in the game is kinda slow. Its a great game.

Devs not fixing glaring game issues

Please focus on fixing the network issues and the lag that your updates cause on the players. It’s so frustrating not getting to play well because of these problems that you don’t even take care of. The game is already in a bad place and when people start to leave the game because of how you purposefully don’t listen to our complains about the ping and your buggy system, your game will die.

This is why I have considered quitting Identity V and moving to other moba games because in those other games, they prioritize the players’ gaming experience first rather than constantly pumping out useless updates and events. Now that they’ve properly established their games, they have maintained a balance between making sure their games work and surprising players with new characters and updates. In Identity V, a whole lot of players can’t even enjoy your new updates because the game is too laggy and everything is just overloaded with bugs and poor network connection. This problem will be the biggest factor of your game’s downfall. If you keep avoiding this and doing nothing about it, no one will play your game anymore.

I love this game very much. It’s the first moba game I’ve ever played. But as much as I want to play it, I don’t even enjoy the game anymore because of this problem. Actually, a lot of players don’t even enjoy the game anymore, and you would know this if you would actually listen to us. Fix the game and don’t let it die.

Dear Detective, thank you for your feedback. For the crashing issue, we have fixed it for some device model. But the root of the problem is iOS 12 so it would take time to fix all. We will work hard on the issue continuously. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Can you please stop them from doing this!

I like the game very much!But the hunter wont leave the chair whenever im captured! My teamates would save me but they would get caught too. Can you please make the chair stop loading for launch off whenever the hunter is too close to it! It affects my teamates. And i Love the cross over and the game! Its a nice game! But can you please fix this i would still get captured whenever the hunter just status near the chair it also affects my teamates! They would get hurt or caught to and i could nit escape the chair because of the hunter being near it! The hunter would just wait for me to be saved but i would get captured again. And my teamates easter thier time on saving me. So let it please stop loading whenever the hunter is too close or near to the chair. Keep it up its a very nice game!
