It keeps on crashing so I need to re-enter my email add again, it would be better if there’s an option to keep me logged in.
App is not active
I’ve bought the subscription using my account in facebook and my ipad but when i tried to login to my phone which is the same IOS device. It says that app is not active and the developer is aware of it. You will be able to open it when it’s reactivated. The problem is, i can access it on my ipad but whenever i use my phone. It keeps telling me that error. Already tried to redownload, logout, and restart my phone

Hello! We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please write to support@ielts-assistant.com We will tell you how to log in. Yes, we know that the app is inactive, but this is because we are waiting for Facebook to approve of the app. But it doesn't affect your subscription, it's connected to your Apple ID, not your app account which you accessed via Facebook.
Questions are not updating. Crash at 40%.
Hi, the new questions are not updating on my iPhone. I tried to sign out and sign in again but to no avail. I then tried to delete and reinstall it but it gets worse because it is not installing completely it froze at 40% then it will crash and when I reopen the app, it was incompletely installed coz it doesn't show the questions/topics. I tried to reinstall the app multiple times but I always had the same issue. Please fix it, I need to study. Thanks.
