Vip sign problem
I love iflix because you could still watch some old movies and some old tv series that you like but because of some tv series or movies that has a sign of vip I can’t watch it anymore could you at least make it all free. Not all people that downloaded the app can pay the amount that needed to pay in order to watch it, some of us is still studying.
Hope you could consider my request
Problems signing in and having English subtitles appear
I’ve wanted to like this app. I really did. Obviously, it offers less choices compared to Netflix but I’m willing to look beyond that considering the subscription is a lot less cheaper. Mine actually comes free with my network subscription so I’m okay with the reduced choices.
The app itself though is problematic. Several times, I was inexplicably signed out of my account and has to sign back in. That should be no problem if not for the fact that the app won’t let me sign in again. I’ve signed in using my browser just to make sure that I’m using the correct email-password combo but I still couldn’t sign in. I am finally able to sign in again after I’ve re-installed my app. I have done this around once a month.
And now that I’m watching Korean tv series and animes, I am having problems with getting the English subtitles to appear. I’ve tried the other subtitles and some of them are not working too. Looks like I will have to try re-installing my app once again.
Bad app not user friendly
App full of bugs. No subs on one of the episode that i was watching. How do you expect me to watch it? And this app expects me to switch from netflix. And it’s hard to navigate the shows that I’m watching. For example, I’m already watching ‘ao haru ride’ and already downloaded everything then i want to see the whole list of episodes which I will need to go back to the main menu and search for it again. So frustrating. I’ve already deleted ep6 of ao haru ride since it doesn’t have a sub and went back to the main menu to search for it. After finding it and about to play it suddenly my account was logged out and i was not able to log back in. This is a bad app. Fix bugs firsts. There’s too many major bugs.
