Fund Transfer Still Pending
I used iPay when they first launched it. At that time, it was very good. However, recently, I noticed a lot of bugs. I made a fund transfer, and it has been 5 days, but it’s still showing as pending while I’m writing this comment. I reached out to their chat support three times, and they repeated the same word: it will be credited within 24 hours. This experience has been very unreliable! I recommend using MoneyGram, which has smooth transactions and has the same charges of 20 Qatari riyals. ipay, please improve your system.
refunding money will take too long
while i'm typing this review my money still isn't refunded by ipay..i already waited 3days for them to fix..the customer service always give you assurances that within the day you will receive the money but 3 days past until now i didn't received any amount from them..finance and technical team is this how you fix the problem?for your customer to wait long time before you send the refund money?kindly fix all the concerns of your customer..
