I’m extremely disappointed with the Smart KIQ app. I tried it after seeing a TikTok advertisement saying you could purchase an HBO add-on through KIQ, so I gave it a shot. I paid for the add-on, but it was never activated on my account.What’s worse is the customer service experience — every time I reached out, I was just told to “wait another 24 hours,” over and over again, with no real update or actual solution.It feels like I paid for something I never received, and instead of fixing the issue, they just kept delaying. There was no clear explanation, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the problem.At this point, it honestly is a scam. I would not recommend using this app, especially if you’re planning to purchase add-ons. Be careful — you might end up paying for services you never get.

Smart Com should be more transparent regarding the KIQ eSIM. It seems like this eSIM is not really part of Smart’s system as advertised by their staff. The load can’t be purchased through Smart or via GCash, which is very inconvenient. The load is also quite expensive, and they don’t even offer Magic Data promos. On top of that, the KIQ app often closes or crashes on my iPhone Pro Max and has frequent bug issues. Overall, the experience feels misleading and not customer-friendly.

I availed a KIQ package last October 5, which included unlimited texts and calls, plus 5GB of data valid for 3 days. However, as of today, October 10, the promo is still marked as "in progress."I've called customer support multiple times regarding the issue, but they keep saying they'll escalate it to the technical team for processing. One of the agents mentioned that it could either be refunded after 3 days or the package would eventually be credited—but so far, nothing has happened.

I’ve been using this eSIM since last year and it was working fine. I was able to purchase load without any issues, even up to February 1. However, this month I’m unable to purchase any load. Not sure if it’s a system issue or maintenance, but it’s a bit inconvenient. Hoping this gets resolved soon because it worked well before.
