Good app but..
Yeah it is, and their automated customer service seems cool. But because they have that feature, I found it hard to contact them directly. Trying to find a support email address is hard too. Dunno if I’m just missing it. I needed to adjust my point or origin but can’t do it in the app. Now how I understood it, I will have to pay the full additional fare on top of what I paid previously. Feels like a touch-move scam and that they really won’t bother about the users at all after payment has been done.

I have to cancel my flight, i got bloodcloth in my heart arteries and that inhave to be operated teice, my flight os within a month from now and i cannt make due to second operations, and doctors says its not possible to travel for me it will be dangerous due to my conditions :( and i tried to refund it now, and inhave paid 4,000kr for the ticket and i only got 74kr as my refund :( its a total scam for people, and there is no way you can actually talk to the airline company about it…even i have a valid reasoon for my cancelation
