Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure 4+

Majority of vlogs will say that train travel is so easy & effective in Japan- that’s only true if you’re going within the city (eg Tokyo Sumida to Tokyo Ota) and with a backpack. But if you have kids & luggages it’s a diff story! First u need a train ticket with reservation to accommodate your luggages or u can do “unreserve” but u might not have a spot for ur Maletas. From Nagoya to Tokyo u need to hop in 3 diff trains and it cost $100+ Now- buying a train ticket on any Japan train website is crazy some even asked Katakana (Japanese spelling) of ur name upon ticket purchase. Buying train train at the actual train station is also not easy lol so many codes of each stops (thank u goggle translate lol). Now buying ur train ticket here in Klook is waaayyy easier & straight to the point. Goodluck

Klook has a different schedule compared to attraction that we’ve been to. Klook let us book the 3pm schedule for the Legoland here in Melbourne, but when we arrived at the location Legoland was already closed, they are only until 2:30pm. I tried to contact the customer service but they said they have to contact the “relevant” team about it and they need 48 hours to do that😳. We spent $100 going back and forth to that attraction realizing that is just closed when we arrived. we wanted to get another ticket for the same attaction so we can go back there before we leave melbourne coz my daugther really wanted to go there, but Klook can’t give me another ticket and it’s been 72 hours since i contacted them, and the customer service said he is still waiting for the update from “relevant” team and he need another 24 hours, i have already sent the picture of the attraction’s schedule to prove that they are already closed when we arrived. How long would it take for you guys to call the attraction to conrfirm their schedule??? 20mins?? 30mins?? You can easily replace are ticket but you guys are giving us a hard time. Don’t give misleading information to your customer. You’re messing up our vacation.

I had been a loyal user of Klook since I had been traveling this year. But just this week I experienced my worst experience. So I have booked a wifi service for Myanmar knowing that it shall be in our convenience but to my surprise upon arrival in BKK (connecting flight) The wifi Kiosk is outside and we were not allowed to go beyond the immigration.

I called them right away to inform about my situation, and since there was no way we can get it I decided to ask for a refund. The operator advised me to contact Klook. So I then contacted Klook. But when I reached them, 1st chat got disconnected without properly solving the xase. 2nd I was advised that refund request was already being processed so I felt somehow relieved, but then came the e-mail that it was denied due to operator refused refund? Like what the hell they tell me to contact you and now you tell me it’s them denying? I still decided to appeal even if Im already frustratted. 3rd today you still deny and refuse even if it’s clearly not our fault because your ad was mis leading for not having disclamers for connecting flights and and airport policies before reaching the location. This is wrong. Im somehow convinced this is a scam for first time travellers like me. Please prove me I’m wrong.
