kumu - Livestream Community 17+

SALAMAT KUMU ✨

My twin si-STARS (urkitty & urkimmy) started streaming in this app last year. They just convinced me last June 15, 2021 to stream on Kumu and I did the next day they invited me to co-host in their livestream. My first time was overwhelming, I really felt nervous prior streaming but I was completely fueled by the warm welcome of the viewers. I was living alone back then in our condo at QC so basically I have no one to talk to. I’m really a quiet person but gets along with people easily if I feel comfortable enough. Nevertheless, Kumu has been my escape since then. Whenever I stream, I’m just smiling and laughing all throughout. It’s genuine. I met a lot of new friends and people whom became my best of friends too. The biggest plot twist of my year muffled in this app. The PINOY BIG BROTHER Celebrity and Female Edition. I may not be able to get the golden star but I believe it rose a lot of sunrises in my life. I will not give up and I believe in God’s power and plan in my life. All in all, I will always engrave Kumu in my heart as one of my stepping stones and a chronicle of the battles I took and will take in the future. Kumu: A Sanctuary of Multitalented Individuals

I’ve been a Kumuzen for more than 2 years and I must say it is indeed the perfect app to connect with people across the globe. You can also search for audio streams where you can share your insights and play BULSAHAN with some peeps. Not to mention, yung mga nakakaaliw na klips from users who are participating in different FBK challenges are worth to watch because you get to see how creative they are. And for those who are new to the platform, they can also reach out and get to know us by joining the official Facebook Kumunity.
You can even join official teams and families of your choice who share the same goals and interests with you. There are so many things you can explore in the app. ❤️

A bit disappointed

I’m really on the fence with this one. So Quiz Mo Ko happened and on the 2nd question, a glitch occurred wherein players who answered correctly were marked as wrong or “did not answer” and thus unable to continue. They continued the game as if nothing was wrong despite the complaints at the comments section. An hour or so after the game, they had a livestream with the host, explaining their side, saying it was a server error because of the influx of users, and to compensate, they will give us 5 extra rice (or life), (after negative reactions by users) the answers to first 3 questions to the next game (the easiest questions lol) and increase the pot money for the next game. To be frank, this is not enough. If only they reset the game to address their server issue and not continue on as if nothing was wrong (I don’t blame the host. The technical team could have made the call.), I wouldn’t have been so frustrated. Others have won about P2000, but us who were booted out early due to a glitch couldn’t even to try our luck & maybe win. It’s really a wrong call, in my opinion. Another app also experienced a similar issue once, and they reset the game. I’m just disappointed. I didn’t even get to receive yet the extra rice and coins another user promised on their livestream. I’ll have to see more if this app is really worth it.

We learned from what happened, we created contingency plan on things that might happen and was planning to implement suggestions from our users but the server gods are so good to us that after that episode we haven't encounter another issue, yet. We love to hear suggestions and criticism from our users which makes our app better, so we want to thank you for your honest review.
